Included countries
The Kosovo plan covers Kosovo only.
Local networks
In Kosovo your eSIM connects to Vala — 4G/5G where the network offers it.
When validity starts
Your package starts when your phone first connects to a network at the destination — not when you install it. Crossing a border does not restart it.
Installation and activation
Install the eSIM while you still have internet — at home or on Wi-Fi. Installation does not start validity. If you already have a onesim eSIM installed, a new package is added to it — no second installation. Setup guide
Calls and texts
onesim is data-only. Calls and messages work over data in apps like WhatsApp or FaceTime; your usual SIM keeps your number.
Support and refunds
Message the onesim support team from the app or the website. If a package cannot be installed or used, the refund policy explains what applies. Refund policy

A closer look at Kosovo.

Europe's youngest country is small enough to cross in an afternoon and has one of the continent's youngest populations. Prishtina is the base; Prizren is the day trip everyone recommends.

Prishtina to Prizren: the one day trip to plan around

Prizren's Ottoman old town, stone bridge and hilltop fortress make it the country's most photographed place, and it is roughly 80 km from Prishtina. Intercity buses run through the day from Prishtina's main bus station and take around 1½–2 hours; there is no train service on this route. Go early, climb to the fortress before the heat, and time your return so you are not on the last bus. Kosovo uses the euro, and card acceptance is good in cities but cash is still useful at small cafés and on buses.

Coverage follows the local networks wherever they reach — cities, transport corridors and most rural areas. Remote mountain and island areas can have weaker signal on any carrier.
