Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser or software development kits in an app, do a comparable job. This policy explains which ones onesim uses and why. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies in these categories:

• Strictly necessary. They keep you signed in, protect your account and the checkout against fraud, remember your language and currency, and carry a purchase from one step to the next. The Service does not work without them, so they are always on.
• Analytics and performance. They help us understand, in aggregate, how the website and the app are used, so we can fix what is confusing and keep the pages fast.
• Marketing and attribution. They tell us which campaign, partner or referral brought you to onesim, so we can credit partners and measure campaigns.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for up to 12 months; campaign attribution cookies for 90 days.

Some cookies are set by services we use to run onesim. Our payment provider, Stripe, uses cookies to process payments and prevent fraud. Analytics providers measure how the Service is used, and our email and messaging tools measure whether our messages were opened. These providers process data under their own policies and our agreements with them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, for all websites or for onesim alone, and most browsers let you delete the cookies a site has already stored. If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in and buying on the website will not work. In the onesim app, the device settings control advertising identifiers and app permissions.

We may update this policy when our cookies or the services behind them change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
