Good to know
What's included, when it starts, and how to get connected.
- Included countries
- The Armenia plan covers Armenia only.
- Local networks
- In Armenia your eSIM connects to Viva — 4G/5G where the network offers it.
- When validity starts
- Your package starts when your phone first connects to a network at the destination — not when you install it. Crossing a border does not restart it.
- Installation and activation
- Install the eSIM while you still have internet — at home or on Wi-Fi. Installation does not start validity. If you already have a onesim eSIM installed, a new package is added to it — no second installation. Setup guide
- Calls and texts
- onesim is data-only. Calls and messages work over data in apps like WhatsApp or FaceTime; your usual SIM keeps your number.
- Support and refunds
- Message the onesim support team from the app or the website. If a package cannot be installed or used, the refund policy explains what applies. Refund policy
Armenia questions.
Answers about data, coverage and setup for Armenia.
Coverage follows the local networks wherever they reach — cities, transport corridors and most rural areas. Remote mountain and island areas can have weaker signal on any carrier.
No. onesim is installed before you travel, with nothing to register when you land. Turn on the onesim line for mobile data and you are connected.
Installing the eSIM does not start the clock. Your package starts the first time the eSIM connects to a network in a country it covers, even while mobile data is off. Install at home over Wi-Fi and keep the onesim line switched off until you arrive; if your home country is covered too, the package would start the moment the line connects there.
Yes. Your account has one onesim eSIM, and you refill it with any regional package from anywhere in the world — from the website or the app. The new package is added to the eSIM already on your phone; there is nothing to install again.
